Hi does anyone know of a moist Rainbow Cake recipe that can hold under fondant. cheers

Just use whatever white or yellow cake recipe you usually use.  Separate in to 6 bowls and add gel or powder color until it's the right color for the layer.

I dont really have a white or yellow cake recipe that I'm happy with as I've just started cake decorating and am still looking for a nice moist vanilla cake... can you recommend any from experience.. cheers

Also can you use food colouring liquids or does it need to be a gel or powder..
