i just started a home-based business, my cupcakes are made-to-order. i want to try new flavors but i think they won't sell since they're expensive if they're regular sized cupcakes, so i'm thinking of selling mini cupcakes. can someone please share their recipes since i'm afraid of downscaling a recipe since its not everyday that i'm selling a cupcake. thank you!

AI just cut my recipes in half or by 3/4.

Why do you think your cupcakes are too expensive for people to buy? If that is the case, then you need to think about changing your prices to your client base. Research your area and find out what other bakeries and home based bakers charge for theirs. You can begin to base your prices correctly at that point.

There isn't any point in making a product people won't buy. :D

my cupcakes are always cheap because people here are cheap hahahaha, the only cupcake flavors i sold so far are vanilla and chocolate, it got good reviews from my customers so i'm thinking of expanding my menu list and i only charge half of what other baker's offer
