AHi...I would like to make a display dummy for an event im going to. If want to make the ombre rose cake on a dummy...do I need to cover the dummy in fondant first?! Or wet the cake?!

APs...do i have to use butter or can I use stork instead...will it firm up enough like butter? I have some stork nearing expiry... on xmas day actually..might as well use it if I can ;)

AAhh so sorry for the late reply I was asleep. I will use stork...thank you. Veg shortening in uk is trex...o think u call it crisco? Thank you dor your help xxx
