I have just started to use/make my own modeling chocolate.  Just curious what most ppl use to make figures and 3d objects.....modeling chocolate or gumpaste?

AModeling chocolate - hands down. You can hand the seams and don't get the wrinkles. You can walk away from it for a few minutes without it drying out and wrinkling up. And best of all, it's not disgusting to eat.
