Global Sugar Art is having a sale on pans & I was thinking of investing in some 3" pans & am looking at 2 sets in particular.  Need your opinions.....Fat Daddios or Magic Line?  I have never used either one and would love some guidance here!  Thanks!!

AI really like magic line. Some people have trouble getting cakes to bake correctly in 3" pans....if you do a search on here through the threads...you can read more about that

I just read some of the threads concerning 3" pans and am now rethinking that thought.  If I purchased 2" pans in sizes I don't already have and had to use say Magic Line w/ Wilton for one cake, do they cook up and look the same when cooked?  Does that make sense?

AI love baking 2" cakes in 3" pans. I always get nice full layers that are relatively flat. I prefer Magic Line, Wilton decorator preferred, or Lloyd pans.

I use the 3 inch magic line pans to bake 2 inch cakes as well. Mine are the "cheesecake" (removeable bottom) pans.. I love them!
