Has anyone ordered Hi Ratio shortening through GFS?  And if you have, do you know the brand name?  I'm trying to order it through GFS and I was told by a certain manager when I was in the store last that they don't carry it in store, but they can order it for me.  Well, I called today to order it, and the manager on duty today  has no clue.  He was trying to sell me crisco. The manager I previously spoke to is on vacation for 2 weeks.  I need to order some now.  Can anybody help me?

I mean, really...shouldn't the GFS people know what Hi Ration Shortening is???

Hi!  I order a 50lb cube from my GFS in Ohio.  It is Sweetex!

Thanks, Pam1976!!  Now I can at least call them back and tell them to look for Sweetex...I wonder if each GFS carries the same brands...

I've had a surprisingly hard time finding it!  Well, I've been able to find it online of course, but the shipping is ridiculous!  I still have to drive an hour to get it, but it is so much better than regular shortening.  It's worth it to me!
