What are your thoughts on The best flavored BC for an Amaretto/Almond cake?

 

I appreciate the input. The client is looking for an Italian theme...

I've done amaretto with lemon buttercream and with raspberry buttercream.  It's great torted with cake/rasp buttercream/cake/lemon buttercream/cake!  Yum!

I like chocolate and or raspberry with almond cake. Italian desserts often have whipped cream and shaved chocolate, which would be nice with the almond cake too.
