I once found a buttercream recipe here at cake central..it had egg whites in it as I remember..i now cant find the recipe..as I should have wrote it down....can someone please tell me a good buttercream recipe?

ALook up either Swiss Meringue buttercream, or Italian meringue buttercream. Those both use egg whites.
