I have the bare aluminum [Silver-Kote™ wasn't available until recently and Dura-Kote™ is too dark] and they're great quality and a nice weight.
I buy 3" pans whenever I can and bake 2" layers in them. I get nice full 2" cakes that are pretty flat to start.
If I purchase again, I think I'll try the Silver-Kote™ option.
