When you are getting ready to smooth make sure the BC only air dries for MAX 15 minutes IF even that long. I've had some take only 5 minutes to dry but have had others take 30 minutes to dry so I would test it in a small area that can't really be seen just run your finger tip over it gently and see if it's dry enough to smooth. ![]()
edited to add: I didn't see anything WRONG with the cakes they looked great but I know what the problem is because I've had it happen to me a few times and the way the pictures don't always show all the flaws we bakers see face to cake with our creations ![]()
