ADoes anyone have a suggestion as to the best way to print a logo onto a macaron shell? I'd like it to look like it was printed directly onto the shell.
AI think the easiest way may just be to make a stencil and use an airbrush to spray on the desired color.
Kind of all depends on the complexity of the logo I would assume.
AI was thinking about that, thanks! Airbrushing seems to have its advantages (doesn't change the macaron much), but using an edible printer seems like it would allow for more complexity, especially with different colours. However icing paper would be too opaque and wafer paper seems like it wouldn't cut nicely when people bit into it. Are there other option for edible printing?
