On other forums, it's often up front and easy to find and the sponsors even have their own forums where they can answer questions. Is it right in front of me and I am missing it?

I don't know of a list. You could contact the Cake Central owners. I know one of them is Global Sugar Art, which I believe gives CC members a tiny discount, but I don't know the particulars.

 

Does someone else know of others?

Pretty sure Crafty is a sponsor because CC has been emailing about classes on sale
