AYes you can but VERY carefully as you can break your mixer (I think someone here did),, I've never done it....just made 20 lbs of MMF by hand, but there is a thread here on CC that tells you how..I can't cut and paste it bcause I don't know how to do it from my pad. Use the search tab on the upper right.
I make MMF in my Kitchen Aid all the time with the dough hook. Once it gets to a thicker consistency, I dump it out on the counter and finish kneading in additional confectioner's sugar until it's the right consistency. It does most of the hard work for me! :)
