AI have some leftover refrigerated SMBC that I want to re-use but it looks like it has seperated. How can I fix it? Also, can I mix the 2 buttercreams together and use for the dams..will it get hard enough?

Let it come to room temp. then rebeat. You can mix the two, but i don,t think it would be stiff enough for dams. I guess you could add a little more powder sugar.hth

ATake a small amount of the separated buttercream and microwave it for about 30 seconds. Add it into the rest and beat it until it comes back together.
