can someone tell me

how  to make the top edges of this cake? im stumped

Bearing in mind that I am very new and have never made a cake like this before, my suggestion would be to carve the top of your cake. Unless they are baked in special pans? Hopefully someone else can help you in more detail, but that's my guess.

It's done with carving, these are picture tutorials, pretty easy to follow.
