I found my giant cookie pan over the weekend and can't find or remember how to use it. icon_cry.gif

Anybunny know????

That link says to bake for 15-20 minutes. I only bake for 8-10 minutes on my smaller pan. Does the pan size really make a difference? Can I use parchment paper instead of using Wilton Cake Release to grease the pan?
