Please type pricing into the search bar at the top. You will find lots of information. This question gets asked at least a couple of times a week.
I'm a person who bakes as a hobby just for fun, and for Gift giving.
I think that it takes courage, and a good business sense to make a profit in baking and pastries. Of course the area that you live in has a lot to do with cost. Perhaps you can find someone in your region that can help you.
