Made with shortening. A lot of people like to point out that it shouldn't be call buttercream if it doesn't have any butter in it well lets give it a name I propose SRAC sugar rush American cream or ASSC American shortening sugar cream
If it's spelled like ASSC and it sounds like ASSC it must be. Not really, I use it sometimes for clients who want a really sweet frosting for their kids. Dentists should call and thank me.
