Can anyone explain me please how to do bottom tier design like this cake?  I am new into cakes & if anyone have a link of tutorial & would like to share please.  Thankss :))

print the silhouettes onto paper and cut them out of black fondant with an exacto knife. Cover cake in orange fondant and apply silhouettes.

you can also use Wilton's sugar sheets.
