AIm looking at fondant and gum paste modeling tools and wonder which brand/kind you use, have tried, absolutely hate and what you would recommend. I know a lot of people don't use tools, I'm not that confident to not use tools yet so any suggestions would be great!!!

AIf you want a sharp edge I use duff decorating tools and Wilton I love both of them
