AI'm making chocolate salted caramel cupcakes tomorrow night and I wanted to know if I can refridgerate them. Will the caramel soak into the cupcake? Thank you!! :))

Maybe. Mine does, so I add the caramel a short time before serving. (I don't rely on the caramel for moistening the cake.) But every recipe is different. If possible, add your topping(s) at the last minute.
