AI have to make cake pops for an event. There will be about 50 of them that I need to decorate as well. How far in advance can I make them and they'll still be good? Can I freeze them? Thanks!

Don't freeze.  You can make them a week ahead and refrigerate.

 

I'm made nearly 4K of these things .. . .
