I'm going to be making a cake for a baby shower and wanted to drizzle pink ganache down the sides of a round, white cake. Can you use the Wilton Candy discs to melt instead of white chocolate? If so, then I can just buy the pink ones and not worry about trying to tint it to a color that I want. I wasn't sure if it would turn out the same consistency or not.

I would start by adding a little bit of food coloring with a toothpick and gradually build up to the shade you want. With color you can always add more, but you can't take it away.
