I'm considering getting a CK Products account. I searched the threads, but there is nothing past September of last year. Then, many people were not super impressed with their shipping, completed orders, etc.

Does anyone have any updated information about the company? Have they worked out some of the kinks that were an issue before? Are you happy with them now?

I had ordered from them for years.  Then my credit card was compromised and since that's the only place I'd used it . . .

I still like them a lot though, and always received fast shipping.  I just send them a check now.

Mixed bag here - they have a ton of stuff that I use and only get thru them, but their website, shipping, and customer service is behind the times in my opinion.  You basically order blind, you have no idea if the item is in stock or not and you also have no idea what the total shipping charges will be.  Several days after you order you'll get an invoice in the mail with what you will and won't be getting and what the shipping is, then a day or so later your box(s) will show up.  No returns.  100% of the time you will have at least 3 or 4 things that are out of stock, and they no longer will send it to you when it's available, you have to put in another order and it has to meet the $250 order minimum.  


But you can save a TON of money on hard to find supplies, especially if you make flowers.

I still buy some things from them, but less as I learned I could get some items elsewhere without paying shipping.
