AI have found a great way that works for me. Basically I get some foxs glacier and blend them (u can use the clear mints or the coloured) after blending I put them in a ramekin and put them in the oven. Once thwy turn to liquid I pour them imto my jewel mould. Easy! No messing about with isomalt Hopw it helps xxx
