AWhen i put fondant on a cake it looks so nice and perfectly smooth but after an hour or less it looks with waves specially in the middle, i freeze the cakes before but i guess they need to be unfrozen before fondant? I don't know please help!!!

AYes, putting fondant on a frozen cake is a big no-no. Cold cakes often do fine but a frozen cake causes a LOT of condensation to settle on the cake long enough to stat melting the fondant.
