I started a PT cake business which is now turning into a FT business. I have done a couple of events, but I am just now starting to get stream lined. I have a portfolio I show at each event, but I also want to do a couple of cake dummy displays as well.

It is a water park theme and I am doing mostly blue and aqua items for sale. My stands are all chrome and glass displays. What kind of cake dummys do you think would be the best to showcase? I don't really have a specialty at this time, however, I am really good with sugar flowers and I am getting pretty good at sculpting. I have done two wedding cakes and would like to do more. That said, I was thinking one wedding cake display and one birthday theme display (since there will be a lot of kids there). Something maybe water park or in the blue color scheme?

What do you think? Any ideas, or advise would be greatly appreciated!!

Since you are good at sugar flowers, how about a luau or Hawaiian themed cake, with tropical flowers?  That could be very water-oriented.
