AI'm thinking of creating a new pricing matrix and posting it on my blog. What kind of information would you want to see in the matrix, besides a template for automatic price calculations based on variables for ingredients, labor, overhead, and markup?

I made mine based on some of the others I've seen, and it's working pretty well for me, so far. Still tweaking a little... I popped in recipies, ingredients and supplies, and I can easily see that for many of my cakes I have either over or undercharged.
