AHave you let the SMBC come back to room temp? Have you rewhipped it? Does it look like water leaking from it?
I'm assuming you have tried to use it when it hasn't quite got to the ideal temp which has made it split. All you need to do if this is the case is gently heat it whilst whipping it. You can either microwave for 5 seconds at a time and keep whipping it in between or, put it on a Bain Marie and whip it whilst it is heated.
