Hi all
I am attempting a Tiffany gift box cake with an open lid for the first time.
I was thinking of making the open lid with a read 10 inch box lid covered in fondant on top.
Does anyone have any suggestions?I have a week before i need to make this, so i need to get moving.

I live in Melbourne and I cannot find them anywhere.
The polystyrene are all about 3 - 4 inches high and I don't think I can cut them neatly.

Here is a tutorial on a great Tiffany box from the great Lesley Wright of The Royal Bakery...she uses a real box lid.
