Me too, though we call them Frangipanies here.  Hmm not quite sure of the spelling, though.  The pink ones are nice too.

Yes it is Plumeria or Frangipani . I have that colour here too . when you colour them make sure you put a little bit of orange right in the centre it brings them to life.
