When you were opening your bakery, and you had to buy equipment and supplies, did you forget anything? Refrigerators, freezers, ovens, display cases, work tables, pans,etc. - these are all obvious things that you need...I know there are things that I'm forgetting. LOL

Cooling racks, proof box, cash register, file cabinet, a stool to rest your weary legs.

A stool...I wouldn't have thought of that.That's definitely on my list now. LOL
