Is there anyway I can get this thing out of the pan? I way overfilled a 16" round layer..It seems to be cooking alright; but has spilled over the sides of pan. Your help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks so much for help:)

Sorry for the problem. I've done that before.and it can be a mess to clean up. If it's not too late, slide a tray or piece of aluminum foil on a rack below to catch any spillage. Bake until you think it's done, let it cool a bit, and trim the excess. Run a knife around the perimeter. If there's a pan liner, let it cool in the pan and then depan as usual.

Hi Mimi and Remnant... too late for the aaluminum in oven.. will have to clean up when cooled. It does look like it cooked well. Will try to cut off excess around the perimeter when cooled for a bit and thank goodness it is lined!!

Here is a pic.. hope it comes out of the pan... My fault.. was in too much of a hurry...

Thank you both for your help:)
