ACan I make cupcakes? They are regular vanilla cupcakes with buttercream. They will be in a cake box as well. They are for Saturday night..will they still be fresh and taste good if I make them tonight?

I always store my cupcakes in tupperware containers.  I think that they dry out too much just in a box.  I box them just before delivery/pickup.
