Hi Everyone,

So, I am finally on the cusp of jumping off into a licensed business, and based on different threads I've come acrossed here, I made this pricing matrix.  It uses my recipe costs, overhead, etc to determine a price per serving.  Not all of the figures are accurate yet - I just popped some general numbers in there so you could get the general idea, but I'd like to know your opinions on whether anything is missing or not.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks, Stitches.  I've been tweaking it a little over the past few days - added a quote sheet and such, but I think it's going to work for me!  Suprisingly enough, I was charging close to the right prices before I made this to show my costs thumbs_up.gif
