AI am making a3 tiered cake with swirl roses all over it. My question is, how soon can I make the cake? And I have to refrigerate it after right? I'm just not too sure of the whole process. Please help :) (I need details) lol

Yes, you should keep your cakes chilled all the time until it is time nearly time to deliver.  Take it out a little before you want to deliver them.

You can make them a few days ahead any more than that I would freeze them.

Refrigeration isn't necessary unless using perishable fillings/icing.
