AHi everyone. Well, I've done it again - found a great tutorial on Facebook and didn't save it. I was hoping you all could help me out.
It was about 2 weeks ago, and the tutorial was for a ruffle method. The cake was two tiered and had yellow ruffles on the bottom. They were individually cut and folded a few times, then placed on the cake close together to look like ruffles. I can't remember who's cake it was :(
