An 85 Year Old Who Bred Greyhounds

Hi there from UK

My Great Uncle is going to be 85 and we are having a party for him, however I would like to make a special cake.

He used to breed greyhounds, hunt rabbits, was a pigeon breeder and loves being nostalgic. He was also in the Navy - although he couldn't swim!

I would appreciate any ideas.

Hi! Have you used fondant before?? Maybe you can make the related items out of fondant and place them on the cake.

a truly "gray"hound (all white around the muzzle, etc.) with a sailors anchor tattoo on it's chest, holding a shotgun while taking aim at rabbit...and of course a pigeon flying overhead .. bombs away!
