Hi I was wondering if anyone could please help me out here. I have made MMF and tried to make figures by adding tylose powder and still found it too stick and hard to work with.  Wiltons  fondant here in Canada is expensive $12.00 for 1.5 lbs.  So I was hoping to make my own.  Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

what brand of marshmallows did you use? I made MMF with Jet-Puffed once and it was very sticky, no matter what I did to fix it. switched to Campfire and stickyness went away. try making MMF with a different brand.

try kneading in more powdered sugar.

after adding tylose, knead MMF really well, then wrap it and let it rest for a few hours.

When I use mmf to make figures or other embellishments that need to dry hard, I use Tylose but then when its sticky I also use Corn Starch.  I don't add anymore ps.
