Have any of you sold your cookies at a craft show? Did it bring in a lot of profit? Or was it more trouble than it was worth?

I wanted to promote my cakes. I took a few cakes and Cupcakes. I sold a few cakes but the cupcakes went over better. So I think cookies would go over pretty good. They want something to eat right there is what I got. And if you did a display for other creations with your card and info you got calls later. I did thumbs_up.gif The flavor was the key as well as presentation. I had samples for them to taste. If they taste it they will buy thumbs_up.gif Good Luck.

for me selling cookies at a craft fair is a hit or miss. last year, i sold 400 xmas cookies at a craft fair in five hours. this year, i had 200 cookies to sell at the christmas craft fair but the entire craft fair bombed out. it was held on the same day as a big football game and no one showed up. i sold only 8 cookies. it was so sad. thank goodness, the other gal in my booth offered to take them around to sell in her work place and she sold 175 more cookies for me.

my cookies ranged in size from mini to large, so they were priced from $1 to $4
