AHi all. So I stumbled across this site while searching for advice on carving and figured I'd have a look around.
My name is Alistair and I run a little cake decorating company from home with my partner Carole. Up until last year I'd never baked a cake in my life and now I can't get enough. My area of talent lies with baking and design. I'm still not quite up to scratch with decorating but I'm slowly getting there. Before getting into this I never truly appreciated how challenging and stressful it can be but for me it's seeing the response of our customers when we deliver their cakes.
