AHello everyone, I'm totally new to this sight, what a great place!!!! I've had a little look around

I've done them both ways, so it depends on what look you are going for. If you want the domed look but your baked cupcakes don't have domes, you can create them with dollops of icing and cover that with fondant.

Flat iced fondant cupcakes are so much easier but I prefer the look of high domed cupcakes, I start with a flat cupcake fill with conserve and then ice over buttercream. x
