I wanted to switch to a cheaper coco powder. I normally get mine from AUI for $83 for 11lbs and I recently heard about Ambrosia coco powder and its much cheaper, so I was wondering if anyone has used this product before? Has anyone used the butcher boys cake shortening?

I heard that Ambrosia was pretty good.

 

Are you near a Restaurant Depot?  Because in the past I have bought their 10lb bag of Ghirardelli 60% cocoa  for about $40.00,  it's good too.

 

I did not know Bucher Boys made a cake shortening?
