Adoes anyone have a good source for flavoring? I have a customer that wants pistachio flavor in her fondant!
I use Silver Cloud Estates Pistachio Natural Flavor Blend in batters and fillings, but have never tried working it into fondant. It is clear, so it should work. The flavor is pretty good - better than the Jello pistachio pudding stuff, IMHO.
