Hi I am going to make a spongebob sitting on top of a hamburger my question is I need to make a 10 inch cake just trying to figure out how to make the top part of the bun to be a dome shape of the top bun so it can be equvalent to the bottom part of the bun? Spongebob will be sitting on top of it! any answers would be helpful! Thank you.

If I understand correctly,maybe you can bake it in a glass Pyrex dish. That's what I did with my Minnie Mouse hat.

You could use the half ball pan and trim a little out if it's too round.
