AI think it may be the cases. Or it might be the cake though it depends. IF the cake is soggy then obviously its the cake but if it looks right then its the cases. The case probably doesn't have the good quality colour that's why the red seems to leak due to the heat. Hope that helped;):-)

Aare you from America? if u are sorry i don't really know the brands and stuff but here where i live i but the home brand ones or even better you know those re usable cupcake cases? they really come in handy you can get em from everywhere
