sure--it's a tight stirring motion with the piping bag
and just start at the bottom and go up
if you were holding a spoon in your hand and just digging a hole in some wet sand (not flipping sand out) just stirring it--stirring a pot--in a tight rotation
elbow tight hand tight pipe from the shoulder 'round & 'round & 'round all the way up
the tip? i don't know--that i would also just dig around in my box till i found one i liked ;)
