Hi.

I am going to make a sculpted cake, and I was wondering how many metal flower nails I would need for an 11 X15 sheet cake.  I don't usually make sheet cakes, and when I do I always realize I need a heating core...

I would probably use at least 3-- but then I think I use too many all the time-- ha

 

But 11x15 at least three right down the center

I use 2 in my 11 x 15 and also in my 12 x 18.  Perfect.
