AHi, I was just wondering if their would be anything wrong with pettinice that has been frozen for a couple of months. But are is now expired??

I don't know if pettinice is the same as just fondant.
But fondant doesn't go well after freezing (Hope that makes sence). ^^
If you have old fondant, and you don't know what to do with it, you should make molds for future cakes ;)

If it was frozen before the use by date and has stayed frozen the whole tome then it should be fine.

That of course is presuming that it was alright before it was frozen.
