My hubby volunteered me to help out at a spagetti dinner for youth sports and they sent out an e-mail asking for people to also bring a dessert so I figured why not but I have no clue what to make. I would like something easy enough to make because i need it to feed 20-30 people but something different than brownies like most people will make. Thanks for your help.

You could do a decorated soccer ball cake, cake balls or make some small choc. chip cookies and put some buttercream in the center to make some sandwich cookies. I know most people bring brownies and sometimes cupcakes so that's probly what you want to stear away from.

You could make mini cheesecakes, very easy if you use the Jell-O no bake, you can make them in cupcake liners.
